Shipping from ETool Direct is Free for all orders over $99 in the Contiguous United States. All orders under $99 there will be a charge of $9.95. All items will be shipped insured. Please request a quote for shipping cost to Puerto Rico, Hawaii Alaska and Canada prior to purchase. UPS is used for most deliveries. Canada will be responsible for all Duties and Broker fee's on items shipped
Some items shipped from ETool Direct will be subject to freight charges. This is usually for Heavy Duty Jacks and other heavy shop equipment. We will contact you with those charges prior to shipment. Complete Toolboxes are Free Shipping unless otherwise noted

- Shipping is non-refundable* A 15% Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without wear) All returns must have a return authorization prior to shipment and must be done within the first 7 days Returns are at the customers expense and are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $15 Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
